Specialized Technical and Technology User Services (STATUS) Overview

STATUS provides fast and effective customer access for acquiring specialized, state-of-the-art technology services. STATUS specialized areas are intended to provide services for various types of information technology activities, including equipment, systems, applications, software, connectivity, and communications, as well as the operational maintenance support area processes and activities which support them.

LMR, under the STATUS contract, provides support in the following functional areas:

E-Learning and Learning Management Systems:

E-Learning Systems’ course content development, delivery, and materials. This specialized area’s tasks will include all aspects of the planning, research, development, coordination, implementation, and technical support for the core capabilities of E-Learning/E-Learning Management systems, solutions, services, and user support.

Operational Maintenance Support:

Support for implemented and/or deployed systems and solutions. This specialized technical area’s tasks will include all aspects of the planning, research, development, coordination, implementation, and technical support for the core capabilities of Operation Maintenance Support systems, solutions, services, and user support.
