LMR on Winning FIRST Task Orders Team

LMR Wins 4th FIRST Task Order
  >> LMR was awarded a task order under its FIRST Restricted Suite contract to provide personal property and travel services to Fort Irwin, California. This is the 4th FIRST task order LMR has been awarded, and the 3rd task order to provide logistics support at Fort Irwin. LMR and its team member Northrop Grumman will support Fort Irwin by providing transportation services, commercial passenger movements, and personal property support.

LMR on CSC’s winning Encore Team
  >> Encore II contractors will provide network-centric related services, as well as incidental hardware and software, in such areas as command and control, intelligence and mission support, according to DISA documents. The range of services include enterprise information technology policy and planning, integrated solutions management, performance benchmarking, business process re-engineering and Web services.

LMR on Winning Seaport-e Teams
  >> The Navy has awarded indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts to 340 contractors that will compete for a variety of command task orders that collectively could be worth $5.3 billion a year. The contracts stem from the SeaPort Enhanced Rolling Admissions solicitation and have a one-year base period with one five-year award term and one additional four-year award term. They are in addition to the 1,265 contracts previously awarded under the SeaPort-e acquisition program. Functional service procurements will be solicited by Naval Sea Systems, Naval Air Systems, Space and Naval Warfare Systems, Naval Supply Systems, Military Sealift, and Naval Facilities Engineering commands; Strategic Systems Programs; Office of Naval Research; Defense Threat Reduction Agency; and Marine Corps. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Va., is the contracting activity. The 22 functional service areas include Research and Development Support; Engineering System Engineering and Process Engineering Support; Modeling, Simulation, Stimulation and Analysis Support; Information System Development, Information Assurance and Information Technology Support; and Software Engineering, Development, Programming and Network Support.

LMR Awarded FIRST Task Order to Support the CIF at Fort Irwin
  >> LMR was awarded a task order under its FIRST Restricted Suite contract to provide Central Issue Facility (CIF) support at Fort Irwin, California. LMR and its team member Northrop Grumman will support Fort Irwin by operating the CIF, providing sewing and repair services, providing Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) services, and establishing and maintaining a functional publications library.
