Customer Feedback Process
LMR welcomes feedback from our customers. It tells us when we are getting things right and, more importantly, enables us to focus on where we need to improve. We record all feedback and carry out regular reviews of our customer services.

If you are not satisfied with a product or service provided by LMR, we encourage you to contact the individual or group with which you have been working. We are confident that most concerns can be satisfactorily addressed at this first step.

However, if you remain unsatisfied or have other comments that you would like to share, please use the automated customer feedback form below. Comments are immediately forwarded to the LMR Director, Quality Assurance, reviewed for appropriate action, and investigated accordingly. If necessary, an LMR Representative will contact you within 24 hours following receipt of your comments.
