During the first 10 years of operation, LMR grew from four to 230 full-time employees. In the spring of 2005, LMR was named for the fifth straight year to Virginia's Fantastic 50, an annual list of the state's fastest growing small businesses, and for the fourth straight year to the annual Rising 25 list of businesses based in the Greater Richmond Metropolitan Area.
